Thomasville has implemented "Click2Gov" for online bill pay and access to for city utilities and permit applications and payments for Planning & Inspection services. Payments can be made with debit, credit, and echeck. NOTE: We can only accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover card or E-Checks. NO AMERICAN EXPRESS.
For Utility Payments, there is a $2.95 convenience charge per transaction up to $500. Each transaction is limited to $500. If your bill is larger than $500, additional transactions can be submitted for an additional $2.95 per $500. The fee is charged by our 3rd-party payment vendor and is not collected by the City of Thomasville.

To make a one-time utility payment click here. You must have your account number to make a payment. NOTE: You must enter the account number with the DASH. Example 1234-567890. You will be directed to the Click2Gov website, then follow the steps here.

Planning and Inspections
Business Registration Renewal, Building Permit Applications, Payment and Inspection Information
Only Business Registration renewals can be paid for online, first time registration must contact the Planning and Inspections office.
You may apply, pay, and see inspection results on-line by clicking the Building Permit button above.
Note: Beginning January 15, 2020, for Business Registration Renewal and Building Permits there is a 2.75% convenience charge for all transactions. This fee is collected by our 3rd-party payment vendor and is not collected by the City of Thomasville.
