The department maintains over 106 acres of recreation property in the City of Thomasville. They provide seven playgrounds, three tennis courts, a 7,000 sq. foot Skate Park, six outdoor basketball courts, one gymnasium, three recreation centers, one professional size baseball field, one football stadium, one administrative office building, and seven athletic fields.
