SPARKY the Fire Dog

Sparky the Fire Dog says kids are citizens of Thomasville too! You may be the very one who knows what to do in an emergency. But the only way that's possible is for you to learn the right thing to do.

The first thing you need to know is to DIAL 9-1-1 when you see a real emergency. But don't use that number unless it is a real emergency. If you call when there is no real emergency, other people may not be able to reach help when they need it.

The Thomasville Fire Department not only puts out fires, but they go on many other types of calls as well. So if you DIAL 9-1-1, you will probably see a fire truck arrive at your home.

Remember that any fire station in Thomasville is considered a "Safe Place" so if you ever feel threatened in any way by anybody, you can go to a fire station to be safe.
