Fire and Life Safety Bulletin

Thomasville Fire Department has produced bulletins packed full of information about how you can protect yourself, family, property and pets from fires and other emergencies. You can read the bulletins below.

SPARKY the Fire Dog
Sparky the Fire Dog says kids are citizens of Thomasville too! You may be the very one who knows what to do in an emergency. But the only way that's possible is for you to learn the right thing to do.

The first thing you need to know is to DIAL 9-1-1 when you see a real emergency. But don't use that number unless it is a real emergency. If you call when there is no real emergency, other people may not be able to reach help when they need it.

The Thomasville Fire Department not only puts out fires, but they go on many other types of calls as well. So if you DIAL 9-1-1, you will probably see a fire truck arrive at your home.
